I’m a Catalyst member but am not receiving any communications. What should I do?

If you are an active member of the Catalyst Community, but are not receiving our emails in your inbox every month, here are some steps you can take:

1. Mark the InnerScience emails as “Not Spam” or “Not Junk”

Marking from InnerScience emails from info@innerscienceresearch.org as “Not Spam” will ensure that our emails go straight to your inbox.

Gmail: Open the spam or junk folder, find the email, and click the “Not Spam” button.

2. Add the InnerScience to Your Contacts or Safe Sender List

Adding us to your contacts or safe sender list will help signal to your email service that emails from this address are legitimate. You can add specific email addresses or domains you want to always receive emails from, ensuring they bypass spam filters; essentially, you are “whitelisting” them. You can add info@innerscienceresearch.org to this list.

Gmail: Open the email, click on the three dots in the top-right corner, and select “Add [sender] to Contacts.”

3. Create a Filter or Rule

You can create a custom filter/rule that ensures emails from that specific sender always go to your inbox.

Gmail: Go to Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses > Create a New Filter. Enter the sender’s email, and select “Never send it to Spam.”.

4. Check Your Spam/Junk Settings

Some email providers offer settings that might be too aggressive in filtering out legitimate emails. Check the filtering settings in your email account and adjust them to be less strict or to “whitelist” certain senders.

Another great way to stay in touch is to join our Catalyst Community Telegram Channel. You can find the invite link in your initial welcome email from InnerScience. You are also welcome to reach out to us through our ‘Contact Us’ page for support.
