My donor portal link doesn’t arrive in my inbox. What should I do?
While we aren't able to send the links directly, I would recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps:
- Try the process again with this LINK
- Check to see if the email ended up in your spam folder by mistake
- Ensure that the email you've entered is correct and the one associated with your account.
- If you use other emails, try entering them
- Search "Login to Donor Portal" in your inbox search bar
- Try the process on another device or browser
- Check to make sure the link isn't skipping the inbox and going into a folder or spam
