I’m a Catalyst member but am not receiving any communications. What should I do?

If you are an active member of the Catalyst Community, but are not receiving our emails in your inbox every month, here are some steps you can take:

  1. Add info@innerscienceresearch.org to your contacts
  2. Regularly open our emails.
  3. If you find an InnerScience email in your spam folder, mark it as ‘Not Spam’.
  4. Manage your subscription preferences at the footer of all your InnerScience emails.
  5. For those interested, additional steps can be taken on your email provider’s settings (i.e. whitelisting on Outlook or setting up filters in Gmail). More details can be found below:

Create a Filter or Rule (Gmail)

You can create a custom filter/rule that ensures emails from that specific sender always go to your inbox.

Gmail: Go to Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses > Create a New Filter. Enter the sender’s email, and select “Never send it to Spam.”.

Check Your Spam/Junk Settings (Outlook)

Some email providers offer settings that might be too aggressive in filtering out legitimate emails. Check the filtering settings in your email account and adjust them to be less strict or to “whitelist” certain senders.

Another great way to stay in touch is to join our Catalyst Community Telegram Channel. You can find the invite link in your initial welcome email from InnerScience. You are also welcome to reach out to us through our ‘Contact Us’ page for support.
